This is an Oil still life that I was assigned to do in Painting I.
I was introduced to a new technique in which one uses a rag.
The Oil paint was spread all over the Canvas in a way that I would stain wood.
This technique also reminded me how I do my Charcoal pieces.
Starting out with a base tone then erasing lighter areas.
